Cinnamon Air does not offer online check-in. All check-in must be completed at the domestic terminal:
- 🕒 Arrive at least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure
- 📍 Proceed to the Cinnamon Air check-in desk with passport and ticket
- 🧾 Boarding pass is issued at the counter
Note: Some flights operate on demand or require advance confirmation.
Boarding Pass
Only printed boarding passes are provided. Passengers are transferred to the aircraft via van or shuttle boat depending on the terminal. Boarding closes ~15 minutes before departure.
Baggage Rules
- Carry-on: 1 small item (e.g. laptop bag, camera)
- Checked baggage: 1 bag up to 23 kg (soft-sided preferred due to small aircraft holds)
- Excess baggage: Strictly limited – must be pre-approved and may require an extra seat
