Congo Airways does not currently support online check-in. All passengers must check in at the airport:
- 🕒 Recommended to arrive 2 hours before domestic and 3 hours before international flights
- 📍 Check-in desks close 60 minutes prior to departure
- 🧾 Present ID and booking reference to receive your boarding pass
Boarding Pass
All boarding passes are issued at the airport. There is currently no mobile or email boarding pass option. Be at the gate 45 minutes before your flight; boarding typically closes 15 minutes before departure.

- Carry-on: 1 piece up to 7 kg per passenger
- Checked baggage: Economy: 1×23 kg; Business: up to 2×23 kg (check fare class)
- Excess baggage: Fees apply per kg; must be paid at airport desk
