Conviasa does not currently offer online check-in. All passengers must check in at the airport:
- 🕒 Check-in opens 3 hours before departure for international, and 2 hours before for domestic flights
- 📍 Check-in counters close 1 hour before departure
- 🧾 Present valid ID or passport and booking reference at the desk
Boarding Pass
Boarding passes are issued at the airport. Passengers must arrive at the gate at least 45 minutes prior to departure. Boarding typically closes 15 minutes before takeoff.
Baggage Rules
- Carry-on: 1 item up to 8 kg and within standard size limits
- Checked baggage: Economy usually includes 1×23 kg; Business Class up to 2×23 kg (confirm at booking)
- Excess baggage: Additional fees apply and must be paid at the airport
