Japan Transocean Air (JTA) is a regional airline based in Naha, Okinawa, Japan. It is a subsidiary of Japan Airlines (JAL) and operates domestic flights primarily within the Okinawa Prefecture and other parts of Japan. JTA was established in 1967 as Southwest Airlines and changed its name to Japan Transocean Air in 1993.
