Boarding Pass Info
Mobile and printed boarding passes are accepted. Be at the airport at least 90 minutes before departure for domestic flights in Indonesia.
Baggage Policy
- Carry-on: 1 item up to 7 kg
- Checked baggage: Economy – 20 kg included (domestic)
- Additional baggage: Purchase online via “Manage Booking” or at airport
