How to check in

  1. Use Online Check-in from 24h before departure; finish before 30m (domestic) or 90m (international).
  2. Arrive early: aim for ~1–1.5h (domestic) and ~2–3h (international). Many international counters close 60m prior.
  3. Bring ID/passport and booking reference. Weigh bags, pay any excess, and collect your boarding pass (digital in the Qantas App at many airports).
  4. Proceed to security/immigration; follow your pass and screens for gate time (some gates close ~15–20m before departure).

Online check-in windows and counter times can vary by airport. If your flight is operated by Jetstar or a partner, follow the operating carrier’s rules.
