Quick official links

As of August 2025: Qatar Executive trips are fully coordinated by the operator/handler — there is no public online check-in. Expect a meet time about 45–60m (regional) or 60–90m (international) before departure at the Qatar Executive Terminal or partner FBO. Baggage and cabin items depend on the assigned aircraft (see factsheets).

Trip coordination — Qatar Executive

For schedule updates, tail assignment, catering, and ground transfer changes, contact Qatar Executive directly or your broker/concierge.

How to fly with Qatar Executive

  1. Confirm itinerary, passenger list, catering, and ground transfers with your Qatar Executive coordinator or broker.
  2. Receive your meet & greet time and FBO details (usually the Qatar Executive Terminal at DOH/Hamad).
  3. Arrive with ID/passport and any visas. Your concierge guides you through security/immigration and to the lounge/aircraft.
  4. For luggage and special items, follow the aircraft factsheet and handler guidance (soft-sided bags preferred on many jets).

Times and procedures vary by airport and handling agent. If your trip uses a partner operator, follow the operating carrier/FBO instructions.
