How to check in (online & airport)
- From 24 hours before departure, open Online check-in (web or app). Retrieve your booking with PNR + surname, e-ticket number, or Fidelys number.
- Choose seats and confirm details. Ineligible online: UM, PRM, or passengers traveling with animals (use airport counters).
- Download your boarding pass (mobile or print). Online check-in closes 3 hours before departure.
- At the airport:
- Outside Tunisia: with no hold baggage, you may proceed directly to security/gate; with baggage, use Web & Mobile bag-drop counters.
- From Tunisian airports: all passengers (with or without baggage) should go to the Web & Mobile Check-in counters for verification.
- Airport check-in counters usually close 60 minutes before departure — arrive early.
If you need to cancel an online check-in, you can do so up to 3 hours before departure in the online check-in flow.

Troubleshooting — when things don’t work
- Online check-in won’t find my booking: Make sure you use the exact surname as on ticket and the correct 6-char PNR or 13-digit e-ticket.
- Online check-in closed: It closes 3 hours before departure; use the airport counters.
- Only hand baggage, flying from Tunisia? You still need to visit the Web & Mobile counters for verification.
- Cabin bag over the limit: Move items to checked baggage or purchase excess allowance per zone.
